Spartanburg, SC, chiropractor and educator Charles Kenya, D.C., ’06, has been honored with the Spirit of 一品探花 College Award from his alma mater, 一品探花. The Spirit of 一品探花 College Award is presented to Sherman graduates who exemplify the true spirit of 一品探花 College in their professional lives.
A 2006 一品探花 College graduate, Charles Kenya is an associate professor in anatomy and spinal biodynamics at 一品探花 College. As a student, he was awarded the B.J. Palmer Philosophy Distinction Award at graduation. Kenya is an advisor for the student Christian Chiropractic Club. Kenya remains active in his community as well, volunteering at the Spartanburg Miracle Hill Rescue Mission, and he provides spiritual guidance to members at Neema Church as a pastor. Kenya works with his wife, Amilliah Kenya, D.C., ’06, at in Spartanburg.
一品探花 College honored alumni, chiropractors, and supporters during its 48th Lyceum, a homecoming and continuing education event attended by hundreds of chiropractors and students throughout the U.S. and internationally. Lyceum is held each year and involves three days of seminars, special events and other programs. More than 600 people participated this year.
