As an APC‑credentialed chiropractor (Advanced Practice Chiropractic), Dr. Michael Precure integrates procedures into patient care that most chiropractors never get exposure to early in their careers. Working directly alongside an APC gives you hands‑on insight into advanced therapies, clinical decision‑making, and patient management strategies that elevate your skill set far beyond standard entry‑level practice.

Associates at Precure Chiropractic work in one of our two clinic locations — Alamogordo or Las Cruces — allowing each doctor to establish a strong patient base and grow within a consistent clinical environment. We do not rotate doctors between clinics.

We strongly encourage applications from new graduates and doctors who are still completing or awaiting National Board results. Board‑eligible candidates are fully considered, and we provide a supportive, structured transition into full‑time practice.

Our associates do far more than adjust. You will work with a wide range of patients and conditions — athletes, active families, military personnel, chronic pain cases, acute injuries, and complex presentations. You’ll learn how to combine adjusting, soft‑tissue work, rehab, and advanced procedures into a comprehensive, modern approach to patient care.
