We are opening a brand-new HealthSource Chiropractic clinic in East Petersburg, PA (Lancaster County) and are seeking a Lead Chiropractor / Clinical Director to take ownership of clinical outcomes, team leadership, and clinic growth from day one.

This is more than an associate role—you’ll lead, build, and scale a clinic with the support of a proven national system, without the risk of starting from scratch.

Compensation & Benefits

$95,000 – $120,000+ Year 1 Total Compensation
Base salary + transparent, performance-based bonus
Bonus tied to clinic performance, patient retention, and outcomes

Path to Ownership (Optional)

High-performing Clinical Directors may have the opportunity to earn equity or transition into clinic ownership over time. This is a real pathway for someone who demonstrates strong leadership, performance, and long-term commitment.
