$60K base working only 22 hours across a 4-day week with 3 days off. Equity buy-in pathway is on the table from Day One, not years down the line. You get 2鈥�3 hours of dedicated mentorship weekly, every new patient seen together for the first 6 months, and full training in AK, SOT, acupuncture, cold laser, functional testing, blood analysis, nutrition, and emotional work. Retirement plan starts Year One. PTO, holidays, CEUs, and liability insurance are all included.
This is a low-volume, relationship-centered practice in Kirkwood, MO built for a licensed DC with a root-cause mindset who is not chasing volume but chasing mastery and ownership. Start date is June through September 2026.
