Structured development: bi-weekly training with our Senior Chiropractor, case-based team learning, online resources, internal playbooks and periodic in-house CPD.
Professional support: selected support may include GCC registration, memberships, insurance, CPD, or relocation support, with larger contributions agreed clearly upfront and repaid on a fair, reducing scale if you leave within the agreed period.

Both options provide access to patient-flow systems, structured onboarding, regular training rhythms, internal playbooks and a supportive team environment. We provide the structure, standards and support; you bring the ownership, preparation, coachability and commitment to keep developing. Employed pathway: 拢30,000 base salary + discretionary performance-related bonus, paid holiday, pension and agreed professional support.锘匡豢
Self-employed pathway: competitive fee structure associate agreement, with access to patient-building systems, proven processes, coaching resources, structured training rhythms and agreed professional support as your diary grows.锘�
Professional support: any funded training, CPD, registration, membership, insurance or relocation contribution is agreed clearly upfront and covered by a fair reducing-scale agreement.
Both pathways are designed for chiropractors who want support without micromanagement, autonomy without isolation, and a clear environment to build a thriving practice.

What You鈥檒l Do
As a Chiropractor at Life Balance Chiropractic, you will work within proven systems that support clinical excellence, client experience, retention, referrals and long-term results.
You will:
Attract new clients through referrals, social media, articles, personal appearance at screenings and community events
Consult, assess, and examine clients by listening to each client鈥檚 goals, concerns and what matters most to them, using chiropractic testing and X-rays where clinically appropriate
Design personalised care plans that match each client鈥檚 goals, findings and best path for progress and long-term results.
Communicate clearly, create clarity & confidence so clients feel safe, informed and confident they are in the right place, clients understand their care, trust the plan and know their next step
Locate, analyse & correct vertebral subluxations using appropriate techniques, while continuing to develop your checking and adjusting skills in a clear and specific way.
Work as an integrated team with massage therapists and other chiropractors to improve client outcomes with lifestyle advice and exercise guidance
Connect on every visit by helping clients feel seen, heard, understood, cared for and clear on their progress.
Educate clients about the nervous system, lifestyle, and preventive care, helping them understand how chiropractic can support the activities, roles, and goals that matter most to them in life.
Review progress regularly by checking goals, adjusting care when needed, linking care to the life clients want to live better, guiding long-term results from relief to prevention, performance and wellness
Invite advocacy when the impact is real through referrals, reviews, testimonials and client stories
Reactivate clients who have dropped off care with care, clarity and appropriate follow-up
Support the team by contributing to centre events, covering holidays, etc., when needed and raising the standard together

You may be a strong fit if you are:
GCC-registered or GCC-eligible and able to work in the UK
A new graduate, experienced chiropractor, or relocating chiropractor looking for the right long-term opportunity
