This is a faith driven chiropractic practice offering $75,000 plus starting pay for just 30 hours a week, with performance bonuses and real, guaranteed time off. As a registered nonprofit 501c3, the clinic qualifies team members for PSLF loan forgiveness, and staff get free access to an on site gym, nutrition support, and Christian counseling.
Beyond the paycheck, this role comes with mentorship, in house training, and a fast track to Clinic Director or ministry leadership for the right person. The clinic is looking for someone faith led and not just skilled, licensed or awaiting licensure in Michigan, who is driven, humble, and in it for the long haul. This is a ministry first, a clinic second.
