A 100% cash-based pediatric and women's health practice in the Lake Travis corridor of Austin, TX is hiring an Associate Chiropractor on a true partnership track. This is more than a paycheck job. It offers a real path to partnership or succession, clinical leadership, and the chance to help build culture, systems, and expansion in one of America's fastest-growing family markets. Compensation includes an $80K-$95K base with performance bonuses, paid malpractice, CE allowance, clinic-sponsored PedEx training, and PTO, with the full package finalized at interview.
You will work side-by-side with the lead doctor, never isolated, in a nurturing, mission-driven environment focused on pediatrics, pregnancy, postpartum, and women's health, with zero insurance headaches. Ideal candidates are Webster Certified, passionate about pediatrics and pregnancy, coachable, growth-minded, and confident with parents, with 1+ years of experience preferred. Must start no later than August.
