Associate Chiropractor, Yardley PA (Mentorship & Ownership Potential)

$75K to $100K Associate Chiropractor, Yardley PA. Mentorship, Autonomy, Ownership Potential

Job Description

An established chiropractic practice in Yardley, Pennsylvania is hiring an Associate Chiropractor, 45 minutes from Philadelphia and one hour from New York City. The systems, patient base, and community presence are already in place, so you step into a structured care process instead of building from scratch. This is not a high-volume, burnout-style position. Care goes beyond adjustments alone and includes spinal decompression, Motion X-rays, functional assessments, shockwave, laser and PEMF therapy, massage and stretch therapy, functional fitness training, and nutritional guidance. Patients range from families, pregnancy, and pediatric cases to amateur and professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and pain relief patients seeking non-invasive solutions.

Compensation is $75K to $100K depending on experience and fit, with discretionary performance bonuses, paid malpractice insurance, covered continuing education, two weeks paid vacation, and paid holidays. Full-time is preferred, and part-time will be considered short term for the right candidate. You will work alongside an entrepreneurial-minded doctor who provides mentorship with real clinical autonomy, and there is a long-term pathway toward potential partnership, succession, or ownership for an associate who is confident in manual adjusting, coachable, and growth-minded.
