Other smaller rooms are $695 per month, $500 security deposit and $50 flat for utilities. The right to use the garage is $50 additional per month. A non-refundable $40 application fee and background check for all housemates. Access to the community pool. Washer/Dryer and internet. Viewing of the house is available after a pre-screening call.
